This policy explains what information AIOAIR collects, why, and how it is used, both on this website and on the radio stations we run for brands.
Who we are
AIOAIR provides AI-powered radio stations for brands. When you listen to a brand's station or talk to its host, that brand decides why your details are collected and how it follows up with you; AIOAIR runs the station and stores the information on the brand's behalf. When you contact AIOAIR itself, for example through the form on our home page, the information is ours to look after.
What we collect
| When | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You sign up to listen to a station | Name, email, mobile number, company, and your agreement to be contacted, including for marketing | So the brand can follow up with you, and to allow one trial per person |
| You talk to a station's host | Your questions and the host's answers, the language, whether you spoke or typed, and which products or services you asked about | To answer you, and to give the brand a summary of your interest |
| You ask a question by voice | The recording is turned into text to answer you; we keep the text, not the recording | To understand your question |
| You request a walkthrough on our home page | Name, email, mobile number, company, and your agreement to be contacted, including for marketing | To contact you about AIOAIR |
| You use any station or this website | Your connection address, stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form, and an approximate country used to pre-select your dialling code | To prevent abuse and limit how many requests come from one connection |
| You sign in to the studio | Your name, email, a securely hashed password and a session cookie | To keep your account secure and keep you signed in |
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The studio uses one session cookie to keep signed-in users signed in. The studio may also remember small preferences on your device, such as whether a help panel is open. A listener's sign-in to a station is kept only while the page is open.
Services we rely on
To run AIOAIR we use trusted providers, who process information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and some AI processing
- Netlify: hosting and delivery of this website
- Anthropic (Claude): writing shows and answering listeners' questions; your question text is sent to it
- Voice providers (such as ElevenLabs) and your own browser's speech features: turning text into speech and speech into text
- Google Fonts and Fontshare: fonts used on this website and on some stations; your browser requests the fonts from them directly
How information is shared
Listener details and conversations go to the brand whose station you used, so its team can follow up. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as the brand's station is active or as long as needed for the purposes above, unless you or the brand ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted. For a brand's station, you can also contact that brand directly. To reach AIOAIR, email hello@aioair.si or use the walkthrough form on our home page and tell us what you need; we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, connection addresses only in scrambled form, and access to each brand's information is limited to that brand's team.
Children
AIOAIR is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy as AIOAIR grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
