What is AIOAIR?
AIOAIR is AI-powered radio for brands. It turns your approved company knowledge into a live radio station on your website, in English and Arabic, with an AI host your visitors can talk to.
How do listeners talk to the host?
They tap the microphone and ask out loud, or type. The radio pauses for them alone, the host answers out loud, and the broadcast comes back at the live point.
Can the host make things up?
It is built not to. Answers may only use information you approved, every answer must quote it, and numbers such as prices are checked against it. If the answer isn't in your approved information, the host says so and offers to put the listener in touch with your team.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Arabic. Listeners can ask in either, and the host answers in the language of the question.
What kind of business can use it?
Any business with something to explain or sell: shops, restaurants, clinics and salons, hotels, real estate, schools and courses, car dealers, software companies and more. There is a dedicated perfume template, plus products and services for everything else.
How does the catalog work?
Add a product or service with its name, price and a few words, or paste a link. The AI fills in the details and marks each one for you to check. Only approved, available items reach listeners, and each gets its own 45-second spot on air.
Does the AI set my prices?
No. Prices, sizes, availability, duration and booking details are always entered by you. The AI only suggests descriptive details, such as notes, features or who an item is for.
Will the station look like my brand?
Yes. AIOAIR reads your website's colours, fonts and logo and applies them to your station page. You can adjust them in the studio at any time.
What happens when a listener is interested?
Listeners leave their name, email, mobile and company before they start. Each lead appears in your studio with what they asked, the products they were interested in, and a suggested next step such as a call or WhatsApp message.
How do I put it on my website?
You get a link to share and a one-line code for your website: either a floating “Listen live” button or an inline player.
Who writes and voices the shows?
AIOAIR writes short shows from your approved facts, checks every claim against them, and records them with an AI voice. You can also upload your own recording.
What happens when I change a product or it runs out?
Its shows leave the air straight away and the host stops recommending it. An edited product needs your approval again; a product back in stock returns to the air.
Can I run more than one brand?
Yes. One studio login can run several brand stations, each with its own knowledge, catalog, look and leads.
How is my data handled?
Listener details and questions are kept for the brand whose station they used, and connection addresses are stored only in a scrambled form. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
